Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If your order arrives structurally damaged, leaking, or contains an incorrect fragrance blend, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bkscents.store@gmail.com

Include a photo of the unused product and packing slip, and we will issue an immediate replacement or correction at zero cost to you.
